Phew, a luck they didn't take notice I scrapped two 109s Marco P.S.: Fritz found a smart way to engross our ranks beyond their limits ;D

I still cannot figure out how to enroll...

Hi, Billy! I don't think there's a procedure to be enrolled as a pilot, I had to do nothing, just joined the FBOW server and selected a blue base. I believe is the server itself which takes note of attendance and scores. Marco

Thanks Marco,
I registered... but alas there is a restriction as to Technical and Log-in Support until you are accepted?

Also, must ask Uhu_D* to add me to the Uhu Roster... cannot figure out how to join a squadron... it must be done internally...
Fritzl is the twice so I guess there must be an error or someone internally must post you to the squad... still confused...

Also, cannot figure out why there are four Fritzls, Bazis, or duplicates in the roster...
Donnervogel can you help?

I saw that too, Billy, and somehow it confirms my thoughts; you have to join FBOW server through HyperLobby, and when you log in there, the callsign you use to enter is the one registered into FBOW; moreover, if I'm not wrong, you've given the possibility to change your nickname on the run. I think FBOW records your attendance into a mission when you get out of it, and takes the callsign active at that time, so that, to make an instance, if the first time you log in as Uhu_NachtLink, and the second one as Uhu_Nachlink (with the small case "L"), you'll see yourself enlisted twice. This is rather weird, I admit, and I hope there's a way to sort this out, but the only way to prevent this in advance is to pay attention at how you're typing your callsign I guess Tuesday would be uncomfortable for you, but I really hope to meet you on Saturdays - time is 19:00 GMT, as usual, which should be early afternoon at you, and if you're not busy elsewhere, to have you with us would be great Marco

Uhu_D*,
You are my hero as always... hope that others will also join in!
Was confused about the duplicate entry names and did not know if there were multiple names needed unless you were an administrator like yourself...

~S~ All, I finally got my new account straightened out for FBOW. I went in a flew a mission Friday night. Only one in there. Tough to spot the enemy fields. No luck so I returned to base. Landed at the base I departed from and left. It said on top that I returned safely. I noticed at the web site that they have me registared for Uhu, but didn't record my safe return. Any way, I think that if we go in with several players, we will have a better chance of spotting enemy targets. Looking forward to flying with all of you. Skycarl

~S~ Good to see ya Carl ;D I did 2 flights with a mission I've been tinkering with, 21:00 hrs with mountains, rain and snow. Managed to take out one of the bombers and land safe-ish, sideways ......... then the second time took out 3 bombers but got disorientated turning for the final approach, stalled it, trashed the engines in the following dive and had to bail out! Flying at night in bad weather ....... lovely ;D I saved the tracks and posted them up on my website. Have a laugh. Hope to try and make it to tonight ...............................
